A little hint, if you use the Tuna in olive oil, drain the oil out and use that as your cooking oil for the balls.

Okay so how to make the balls?

Drain tuna liquid and pop in a large mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients, except the oil as that is for the fry pan. With clean hands mix ingredients then grab a small palm sized amount, rolling it into a ball with hands. Place on a waiting plate. Once you have shaped all the tuna mix into balls, heat fry pan on medium and add all balls, turning once after a couple of minutes to seal the sides. Sit on absorbent hand towel to soak excess moisture, then serve or let cool and store in airtight container in the fridge until ready. Can keep for 4 days.
