SHIPPING AND PRICING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All prices shown on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include taxes.
We reserve the rights to change prices at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that has been placed with incorrect pricing due to a website error.
If a product is showing out of stock, your order cannot be placed as a back order. You can email info@nutritionforlifepantry.com.au and we will be able to give you information on arriving products.
We only ship within Australia
Your shipping information
Your shipping address and billing details will be used for the purpose of shipping products related to your order. These details are secure and will not be used for any other purpose outside of Nutrition for Life. If you have created an account, our website will store your shipping details for 1 year while your account is still active.
When we will ship your products
Once your order has been processed and approved, your order will be shipped within 3 business days unless you have been notified otherwise. If there is a delay due to stock, you will be notified of this via email.
Shipping rates within Australia
We deliver our products using Australia Post. Orders below $120 AUD will be a flat rate of $9.95 AUD. Orders above $120 AUD will have free shipping within Australia.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must email info@nutritionforlifepantry.com.au immediately. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it is not refundable.
Returns or refunds are not offered for change of mind. If you have received an incorrect order, please email info@nutritionforlifepantry.com.au so we can arrange the correct order for you immediately and the return of the incorrect goods.
If in the unfortunate event of your order contains damaged goods. You must photograph the damaged item immediately along with any damaged packaging and email to info@nutritionforlifepantry.com.au. We will then make an assessment of sending another item or refunding the damaged item.
