BENEFITS OF BONE BROTH?
The foundation of our suggested loaded bone broth drink being ‘bone broth’ definitely has a long list of benefits. Bone broth is very easily digested and absorbed by the body, which is why it is a fantastic option post-fast. Its also packed with vitamins and minerals such as B vitamins for energy, zinc and magnesium. Bone broth is also an excellent source of protein, so for those mixing it up between a protein powder or simply needing to up their protein intake in a gentle way a bone broth is ideal.

So in this concept we are encouraging you to ‘super-charge’ your bone broth by making the most of this nutritious liquid foundation and upping the anti on some of the other ingredients/ supplements you may be using. 200ml Beef or Chicken Bone broth – warm
1 tsp hard coconut oil
1 tsp sea seal
1 tsp Cordyceps adaptogen powder
Blitz in heat proof blender or thermo-mix of stir vigorously.
